Meet Angela
I am a compassionate, person‑centred clinician who creates a safe and supportive therapeutic space.
My approach is evidence‑based and holistic, drawing on neuroscience, somatic therapies, and trauma‑informed principles to support self‑regulation, emotional processing, and overall well‑being. I tailor each session to the individual, honouring their lived experience, strengths, and goals.
I hold extensive clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan to provide counselling across a range of diverse roles including mental health care, specialist sexual assault services supporting both recent trauma survivors and adults with complex childhood histories. I have supported individuals navigating domestic and family violence, offering therapeutic care, safety planning, and long‑term recovery. A professional focus has been to provide quality therapeutic support to children, teens and their families experiencing developmental trauma.
I am humbled by the courage, insight, and resilience each client brings to the therapeutic process. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing, integration of trauma, and post‑traumatic growth are possible with the right support — and that every person has the capacity to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I have experience providing counselling support to First Nations peoples and do so with cultural humility and deep respect, recognising the strength, wisdom, and resilience held within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
